Inner Resource
Vision
Through the ancient art of Ayurveda, I aim to support your journey back to balance, wellbeing and Self-knowing. Through encouraging loving awareness and nurturing the seeds of self-discipline, patient practice, and aligned Self care— the innate wisdom within your body awakens and heals naturally.
Most importantly I wish to support you in accessing, listening and honoring your own deepest truth and inner wisdom held within your body, so that you may be grounded, guided and held by your own inner-resources. Accessing the truth within your body awakens a deeper sense of self-trust and empowerment to heal yourself.
I hope to provide the inspiration, tools, techniques, motivation and nurturance to support your journey home to Self-knowing, a sense of wholeness, contentment, and a life of balance, vitality, joy, purpose.
What is Ayurveda?
-
A 5,000 year old nature-based system of holistic healing using diet, lifestyle, herbs, yoga and meditation to bring balance within the body, mind, senses and soul.
-
Originating in India, Ayurveda is rooted in the remembrance of the healing potential that lies in aligning yourself with the rhythms of nature.
-
Ayu means “life” and Veda means “wisdom or knowledge,” so Ayurveda literally means the knowledge of life and how to live in harmony with your environment according to your own individual constitution.
-
The goal of Ayurveda is to promote health, prevent disease and enhance longevity of life.
-
Focusing on each individual, Ayurveda works on treating the root cause of our symptoms to help prevent the onset of future disease.
-
Ayurveda provides profound insight into how we can live in alignment with our highest purpose, enjoy radiant health, and discover happiness and peace within.
